Drag an Image module into your email, then click it to upload an image. Thunk automatically compresses and optimizes your images for fast loading in all email clients.

Bounced and unsubscribed contacts are automatically flagged and excluded from future sends. They don't count toward your contact limit, so you never pay for unreachable addresses.

Do unused sends roll over to the next month?

No. Each plan includes a monthly send allowance that resets at the start of every billing cycle, so unused sends don't carry over. Your stored contacts are separate and aren't affected by the monthly reset.

Can I change my plan anytime?

Yes. Manage your plan anytime from Billing in your settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference, so you only pay for what you use. You can also downgrade or cancel from the same billing portal.
